When will my card be charged?

Credit Card: Your card will be charged once the shipment is confirmed. The actual withdrawal date depends on your credit card company. Rakuten Pay, PayPay, Merpay, d Payment, au PAY, Paidy: Payment will be processed according to the terms of the respective payment method. If a product ordered is not available, our Client Service will contact you by email. You can choose between proceeding the order, without the unavailable product, or you can also cancel your order.

Is cash on delivery available?

Cash on delivery is available as a payment option on our website. If online payment methods (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) is decline, please check with your bank for any limitations, or try a different card or method of payment to complete your order.For payments made via Rakuten Pay, PayPay, Merpay, d Payment, au PAY, or Paidy, if your payment cannot be confirmed, your order will not be processed. Are your prices inclusive of consumption tax?

Our prices always includeconsumption tax for orders. The amount of consumption tax charged is stated inboth the order summary and your orderconfirmation.
