When will my account be debited for the order that I placed on your e-commerce site?
Credit Card: Your card will be charged once the shipment is confirmed. The actual withdrawal date depends on your credit card company.
Rakuten Pay, Merpay, d Payment, au PAY, Paidy: Payment will be processed according to the terms of the respective payment method.
If a product ordered is not available, our Client Service will contact you by email. You can choose between proceeding the order, without the unavailable product, or you can also cancel your order.
What do I do if my payment is refused?
If online payment methods (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) is decline, please check with your bank for any limitations, or try a different card or method of payment to complete your order.
For payments made via Rakuten Pay, Merpay, d Payment, au PAY, or Paidy,
if your payment cannot be confirmed, your order will not be processed. Please use an alternative payment method.
How do I access my receipt?
Your order summary will be sent to you by email once your order is confirmed. Your order information will also be accessible in your "My Account" area on the website.
Is consumption tax included in the selling price of your products?
Our prices always include
consumption tax for orders. The amount of consumption tax charged is stated in
both the order summary and your order
confirmation.
