1. sales price
Shown on each product detail page. All prices include Sales tax.

2. amounts paid by customers other than the sales price
 delivery charge, gift wrapping 1,210 yen (tax included)

4. time of payment 
Payment will be settled at the time of order.
The date of withdrawal from your bank account depends on your credit card.

5. receipts
If the person who placed the order and the billing address are the same, the "delivery note and receipt" included with the order will be used as the receipt. Due to system specifications, you cannot specify the name of the addressee or the proviso. Please understand this in advance.

6. time of delivery of goods (shipping)
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we confirm payment.

7.  Returns, cancellations and exchanges
Once you have received the order confirmation message from us, you will not be able to cancel your order.   
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case that the product is damaged, or if you receive a different product or quantity to that which you ordered.
