Mini Rosa Novella

Eau de Cologne

Rosa Novella Eau de Cologne, named for the rose documented in the Officina's preparations since the medieval period. Lemon and petitgrain at the opening. Centifolia rose, jasmine and gardenia at the heart. Patchouli, sandalwood and musk at the base. Centifolia rose has been cultivated and documented across botanical, medicinal and perfumery traditions for centuries, reaching Florence through trade and botanical networks during the medieval period. Named after Santa Maria Novella, the Eau de Cologne takes the cultivated rose as its compositional centre: floral and clean at the opening, with jasmine and gardenia at the heart, deepening into a woody and musky base. From the Firenze 1221 collection.
